New alternative cinema to open in Cheltenham!

Posted by Holly Knowlman in News on Monday 21st December 2009. Tagged with Film.

You know the rumours you hear that you really really want to be true? Well.... apparently HMV is considering Cheltenham as a possible location for a new cinema. And not just a cinema, a cinema for independent and world films!!! Woop!

Cheltenham's been crying out for something like this for ages so we're keeping our fingers crossed that it's going to happen... and CBC is gonna get on the case to find out as much about the plan as poss so watch this space! HMV has already opened a similar venue at their flagship store in Wimbledon, and apparently the Cheltenham branch fits their criteria for their cinematic schemes.

More to come hopefully, but in the meantime, we'd like to know: What film would you most like to get a showing here?
