Bath design agency Walker/Jansseune has created the identity and website for the eagerly anticipated “Lions of Bath 2010 – Pride in our City” public art event taking place in the city next summer.

A giant pride of 100 individually decorated, life-size lion sculptures will be taking up residence all around the city from May to October 2010.  Each lion will be sponsored by businesses, local communities and individuals, and decorated by artists and craftspeople to create a stunning range of eye-catching artworks.   At the end of the summer, all the lions will be auctioned off to raise money for local charities.

“Lions of Bath 2010 – Pride in Our City” follows on from the hugely successful King Bladud’s “Pigs of Bath” public art event held in the city last year.
