Design concepts deliver swift sales

Mytton Williams has recently created the identity for a very individual development on the site of the former Bath Postal Museum in the heart of the World Heritage city centre.  It was from here that the first recorded posting of a Penny Black stamp took place in 1840.

Mytton Williams client, the Osborne Property Group unveiled its new development, Milsom Apartments, in the summer.  The results of the marketing campaign using the philatelic imagery created by Mytton Williams have been outstanding.  By the beginning of November 2010 all 10 apartments had been sold off-plan – and this in recessional times as well.

“This just shows the power of good, appropriate design," says creative director Bob Mytton.  “Our concepts unlocked a compelling story.  Result – swift sales for our client.”
