Manchester Digital launches its events programme with free barbeque for digital creatives
Manchester Digital, the trade body for north-west digital businesses, has announced details of its annual summer barbeque for digital and creative types across the area.
The barbeque will be held on Wednesday 28 July from 6pm at Atlas Bar, on Deansgate in Manchester. Entry, including food, is free to both members and non-members of Manchester Digital. Anyone wanting to attend must book at: http://mdbbq2010.eventbrite.com/.
The free event has been made possible by the sponsorship of CTI Digital and Melbourne Server Hosting and is supported by digital agency Fudge and online magazine Creative Times.
Phil Jeffs, Manchester Digital council member and Technology Director and partner at Fudge said:
"The barbeque is an annual must-attend event for anyone involved digital sector, and this year it will be bigger and better than ever before.
"We're pleased that we make this a free event, thanks to sponsorship from some of our member firms, meaning that people new to Manchester Digital are welcome to come along and see what we do."
Over 150 tickets have already been snapped up and the event promises to be the highlight of Manchester Digital's summer events programme.
