Words into Action

London agency The Allotment has rebranded and launched a new website for Valerie Hoskins Associates, agents for some of the best TV and film writers in the UK.

The new brand for Valerie Hoskins Associates (VHA) is based around the proposition of 'Words into action'. It re-purposes the amazing and powerful words of its writers to celebrate their talent and their close relationship with the team at VHA. The website features a series of quotes from the writers' scripts and a number of humorous movies which take a tongue in cheek approach to promoting the role of VHA in representing writers and protecting their rights. The ‘clapper-book’ logotype becomes a visual cue for 'words into action' on TV and film.

To view the case study in more depth go to www.theallotmentbranddesign.com. To view the VHA website and the humorous movies go to here.

As well as the website, The Allotment has created a suite of stationery which again uses quirky quotes from their writers to convey the strong personality of the VHA team. Keeping with the theme of 'Words into action' the stationery was printed using the traditional relief method called Letterpress printing.
