Film buffs are in with a chance to attend the UK premiere of Disney’s much anticipated blockbuster Cars 2. Vue's red carpet competition will give one lucky winner the opportunity to be a TV reporter for the day, and be featured on the Vue website.
The star-studded premiere of Cars 2 will take place on 17 July at Empire Leicester Square, where the winner will interview the stars of the film, including John Lasseter, Lewis Hamilton, and Michael Caine, as they walk the red carpet.
The film sees Lightning McQueen set off on an international adventure with his best friend, pickup truck, Mater. The film also sees the return of McQueen’s misfit friends from the first film and promises to be a fun ride for all the family.
The competition is being launched to support The Vue Film Show, which brings viewers exclusive cast and director interviews, behind-the-scenes action from premieres and events, and celebrity guest reviewers thrashing out the biggest film releases to grace the silver screen this summer.

The ten part series is hosted by film buff and Radio 1 DJ Edith Bowman and screens on Channel 4 at midnight on Thursdays with repeats on Channel 4 and 4+1, as well as being available on 4oD.
