Five hundred twenty five thousand six hundred minutes Five hundred twenty five thousand moments so dear Five hundred twenty five thousand six hundred minutes How do you measure, measure a year?’…in love?
It is Christmas Eve on the Lower East Side of New York City. A group of friends come together and share the night in a special way. Over the next year, as relationships grow and change, they have to struggle with paying the rent, eviction, death, drugs, and living one day at a time. ‘No day but today!’
Rent took Broadway by storm winning the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and 10 Tony Awards.
An amateur production by arrangement with JOSEF WEINBERGER LTD.
