Shrewsbury based Holy Cross Care Homes needed a fast return on its investment after a £2.5m extension to its latest home (Bradeney House in Worfield) created 20 new rooms for immediate occupation.
Robin Greenwell, MD of Coach house Marketing, described the campaign as: A sensitively executed ad campaign through local media and an information leaflet distributed to doctors' surgeries, public information centres and libraries, immediately generated a surge in web site traffic and telephone enquiries.
