The Hidden Door Festival is a multidisciplinary arts festival, bringing together creative talent from all disciplines and backgrounds, showcasing new talent across the arts, and celebrating quality and innovation happening right here in Scotland.
Films submissions are currently required for this year's festival – in any genre and up to 15 mins in length, although longer films may be accepted if they work particularly well in the programme.
Submission deadline: 12th September Films should be uploaded to Vimeo and then a link emailed to genbicknell@gmail.com.
Deadline for submissions is 12th September 2010, but if you are currently working on a film and it will be finished after September 12th, let them know as it might still be possible to include it.
Please include the date the film was made, which category it comes under (e.g. fiction, documentary experimental etc), a short biography or couple of lines about yourself and crew, and whether or not you have a link to Scotland. Being Scottish, living in Scotland or having studied here all count as links.
Hidden Door will also accept films by post. Please address to Hidden Door, 16/2 Mertoun Place, Edinburgh, EH11 1JZ. Unfortunately films cannot be returned if posted. There is no charge for submitting films.
