Diageo Global Travel appoints Saatchi & Saatchi X

Diageo Global Travel & Middle East (GTME) has appointed Saatchi & Saatchi X following a competitive pitch. The appointment recognises Saatchi & Saatchi X’s comprehensive understanding of global shopper behaviour.

Saatchi & Saatchi X will be working on a wide range of international projects, the first of which is an integrated global retail campaign for the world’s largest vodka brand, Smirnoff. This will run in travel retail environments such as airport terminals, on-board aeroplanes, in border stores and on-board cruise liners around the world. This comprehensive campaign will include advertising, inflight, experiential, digital and instore activity, and will aim to engage leisure travellers in an ‘immersive’ experience.

Saatchi & Saatchi X already undertake work for Diageo Great Britain, and for Diageo’s Guinness and Smirnoff global brand teams.
