Cosmetics company Simple offers teenagers their dream job

Simple is celebrating its 50th anniversary by offering one lucky young person the opportunity of a lifetime: a money-can’t-buy prize to become the Teen Star for the Simple brand and an honorary member of the Simple Junior Board of Skincare Advisors.

Simple is embarking on a nationwide search for a teenager who represents Simple and the values of the brand who can contribute to ongoing creative development of Simple's teens-orientated skincare products.

The Simple team will be down in the Trafford Centre with a filming crew from Stardoll TV on Saturday 29th May from 11am on the lookout for likely candidates between the ages of 12 and 17. All entrants must be prepared to film a 30 second clip about why they should be selected as the competition winner and can do anything they like to show their personality…from talking about themselves to singing and dancing.

The lucky winner will be rewarded with a package of exciting prizes to include a 12 month role as the ‘Official Simple video blogger’, an honorary seat on the Simple Junior Board representing the views of Simple’s younger customers, and a chance to be involved in product development and brand marketing. And, as if this isn’t enough, there will also be an opportunity to experience a makeover, take part in a photo shoot, appear in media campaigns, and receive a year’s supply of Simple products.

Simple Group Marketing Director, Alex Pike, said: “Our ‘Search For A Simple Star’ is a really fantastic and unique opportunity. You will become the teen voice of Simple, helping us to educate other young people on the best ways to maintain healthy skin by working on projects to shape future direction of the brand”.
