Cheshire Digital PR Agency Launches Unique Technology

Cheshire-based digital PR agency, Boomerang has launched a new £40,000 website for steel-framed buildings supplier, Graham Heath Construction that allows customers to ‘design their own artistic impressions of buildings’ without having to hire an expensive architect.

Believed to be the first of its kind in the UK for the agricultural sector, the bespoke software means web visitors can go through a step-by-step process to create a free artist’s impression of a structure that completely suits their needs.

The project – which has taken three months to complete - has been designed to not only boost customer service but improve the company’s efficiency and services throughout.

Alec Fowler, spokesperson for Graham Heath Construction, said: “For the first time ever, people will be able to design an artist’s impression of their own agricultural, equestrian or industrial buildings for free and at the touch of a button.

“We find people have a building in mind but have difficulty describing what they’re after. That’s why they will often splash out on an architect to come up with the necessary drawings. With our new technology, customers can create their own building at no extra cost.

“By significantly investing in this new website and software, we’re helping our customers to save time and money while improving our overall customer service.”

Once customers have designed a building on the Graham Heath Construction website, the artist’s impression and technical details are forwarded to the company’s sales department who will then quickly and easily provide a comprehensive quote.

Alec continued: “Customer service is the most important aspect of our business. Most of our work comes from referrals alone and we are keen to retain our solid reputation. By introducing this bespoke software – something that no other building supplier has - we hope to offer a free and easy solution to all of our customers.”

Graham Heath Construction was established in 1995 by managing director Graham Heath who has a background in farming. Since then, the company has expanded and become known as one of the UK’s leading steel-framed building suppliers.

Boomerang has been working alongside Graham Heath Construction since 2004, providing ongoing web and software development support. The firm - which was established in 1998 - have designed and developed the company’s entire back-end systems, recently integrating the new ‘design your own building’ web technology.
