Online boutique Bell & Smokey has announced that it’s now stocking Dace clothing from Vancouver, Canada. Dace clothing was founded by Dace Moore in 2002 and has grown to be an established brand name in many retail outlets throughout North America. However its new home at Bell & Smokey will be the first time Dace has been carried in the UK allowing Dace’s British followers access to their designs. Furthermore, Bell & Smokey is launching a new boutique on ASOS to coincide with the new collection.
The acquisition of Dace adds to Bell & Smokey’s impressive portfolio of brands that are emerging or relatively unheard of in the UK but are synonymous with effortless style in Europe & North America.
Some of the styles that Bell & Smokey will be carrying include the Holly dress, Wheat dress and Kava dress. The wheat dress is a nude silk dress with sheer sleeves and button detailing on the back. The Holly dress is a slate grey rayon and tencel mix with pockets and epaulets, whilst the versatile Kava dress is black silk. The dresses are luxurious to the touch, made in Canada and retail from £130.
Bell & Smokey are launching their new Dace collection in time with their ASOS Boutique. Bell & Smokey’s new home at ASOS Marketplace will showcase the new items from Dace as well as their existing designers, including LaMixx, The Battalion and arrondissement AQ1. Founder of Bell & Smokey, Laurie Prescott comments: ‘We have decided to invest in a selection of dresses from Dace to reinforce the variety of our Spring Summer collection and Dace brings a grown-up, sophisticated element to the store’.
