AYO to open Manchester office

Fast-growing digital agency AYO Media is set to expand its operations with the launch of a new office in the North West. The Tyneside-based web development firm will have a base in the old rag trade district of Manchester, not far from the city’s Northern Quarter, an area renowned for its creative talent and vibrant new media scene.

The decision to expand into a new territory follows several new account wins that have included digital projects with iMoney Group, HS Sports and The National BMX Centre, which are all based in the region.

Rob Mathieson, managing director at AYO Media, said: “This is a major milestone in our company’s ongoing growth and is hopefully the start of a very exciting chapter for the team at AYO Media.

“Manchester continues to thrive as the creative capital of the UK and it’s vital that we have a presence in this region if we want to meet our commercial objectives.

“We hope to have the site up and running by the New Year with a few new staff, which will not only allow us to better service our clients in Manchester but also provide a foundation to secure more business in the region.”

AYO Media is spearheaded by its young directors Rob Mathieson, Tony Olanipekun and Kevin Reece. The digital specialist now has 13 employees and has doubled in size over the last year.

Its technical experts deliver business critical software that ranges from process management to point of sale solutions. These web-based systems assist its clients in driving efficiency, improving profitability and measuring return on investment.

AYO Media now works with clients in a range of different sectors including manufacturing, retail, finance, property and education. The company has built its reputation on an ability to help businesses take their products, services and process online.
