Donna Ida strengthens its team with new PR & Marketing Manager
PR professional Claire Etchell joins designer denim boutique Donna Ida as PR & Marketing Manager, to drive consumer awareness and manage press campaigns for the brand.
Claire, who brings over eight years fashion experience to the brand, will report into Managing Director Kim Draper, and work on building celebrity fans and manage press campaigns for SS11 and beyond.
Claire comes from global Superbrand Mamas & Papas where she worked as Senior PR Manager for three years. During her time at Mamas & Papas, Claire focused on gaining consumer coverage for the fashion and lifestyle products which resulted in a 30% increase in coverage year on year for maternity & baby wear. Highlights included product placing with celebrities including Holly Willoughby, Tess Daly, Jessica Alba and Natalie Portman, plus winning a host of awards including Prima High Street Fashion Awards and Celebs on Sunday.
Prior to Mamas & Papas, Claire spent five years with footwear retailer Moda in Pelle working with the fashion press to establish the brand on the high street and online.
