How do I turn my clothes in to credit?
Simply take a picture of the item you would like us to sell, and email it to us, along with a brief description.

When will I hear back from you?
We are dedicated, we love your clothes and we are quick! You’ll hear back in twenty four hours with our offer, you then accept or decline.

If you decline.
That’s no problem, we always want to hear from you again so stay in touch and let us know when you have something new to show us.

If you accept.
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us, this will include a reference number for your item. Simply pop your item in the post and wave goodbye to it.

Then what?
Sit back and wait for it to sell.
As soon as it’s sold we will credit your account within seven days, meaning you don’t have to deal with questions from potential buyers, paypal accounts or postage and packaging hassle.

General questions you might have.
I’ve seen something I cant live without but I don’t have enough points, what do I do?

If your points are running low and you want to shop simply top up with cash. Easy!

Even if you’re not a seller with a points account then you can shop on the site with good old fashioned cash.
