Creative Tenants needed for great space in Liverpool

The Ranch is looking for 3 artists / writers / designers / creatives to join their collective space of independent artists, film-makers, educators and digital cowboys. They share a lovely open bright city centre space in an old building full of other bizarre creative pioneers, with 24 hour access.

Current rent for a desk £110 pcm (includes space, electric, internet, cleaning and communal spaces such as meeting space, kitchen. This price will come down if three people in soon enough. Decisions are made as a group; creative sharing and technical support is nurtured through a culture of tea making and good humour. Great for creative freelancers who are going mad working from home and need somewhere conducive to work but also friendly and sociable.
