If you’re an ambitious recent(ish) graduate with a hunger to learn, a passion for what you do and a desire to share our vision then we would very much like to hear from you. It is essential that you:

• have a proven ability to hand code semantically correct HTML and CSS
• have an understanding of web standards (accessibility, usability, coding practices)
• have a working knowledge of Adobe CS particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• can demonstrate a meticulous approach to your work with a keen eye for detail
• have an appreciation of good design
• have bags of initiative and are an enthusiastic self-starter
• relish the opportunities and surprises that a diverse workload will throw at you

It would be great if you:

• have experience setting up WordPress sites and creating custom WordPress themes
• have experience of javascript and javascript libraries such as jQuery
• have experience of marking up HTML for email newsletters
• have experience of HTML5 and CSS3
• have experience of responsive web design and mobile web
• have experience coding in PHP
• have experience of version control systems such as Subversion, Git or Mercurial
• have an understanding of SEO
