Specialising in online psychometric and aptitude tests this privately funded organisation has developed key partnerships with graduate careers websites as well as over 40 universities within the UK. Helping thousands of young graduates and jobseekers, their tests have grown significantly in popularity; combining this with strong development plans for 2012 they now have an opportunity for an SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to join the team.

Joining with a deep knowledge in SEO you will be responsible for driving traffic, building links and devising superb SEO strategies for this successful high growth internet company. Allowing complete freedom to decide what attracts the most converting visitors, you should expect a hands-on role in which you will plan and implement all SEO.

To qualify... We want to hear from SEO / Search professionals with skills and experience that covers all the following...

• SEO best practices.
• Google Analytics.
• Conversion Rate Optimisation.
• Designing standards-compliant websites (HTML and CSS coding required not just WYSIWYG editors).
• Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.

Any exposure to Photoshop or with SEO software (SEOmoz or Majestic SEO) is advantageous.
