Lava Comms, Lincoln, Lincolnshire - we’ve won several new clients who need social media marketing support and so we want to add a Social Media / Digital PR Manager to our team.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3 or 4 years social media marketing experience, ideally gained in a social media / community manager role or within a digital / social media agency
  • an in-depth knowledge of devising and implementing online and social media marketing campaigns spanning Twitter, Facebook, geolocation platforms and blogger outreach
  • great writing skills – capable of producing copy for blogs and content for websites
  • experience of planning and implementing social media campaigns
  • an understanding of social media tools: hoot suite, buffer and tracking / monitoring tools
  • an understanding of Search Engine Optimisation
  • a knowledge of PPC / adword campaigns
  • basic web development skills / knowledge of PHP would be an advantage
  • great interpersonal skills – someone who can explain complex technologies and approaches clearly and concisely – and is as social in real life as they are in the virtual world
