I'm currently working alongside a small, creative production agency in Central London who are on the lookout for a talented all round Flash Developer to join the team.

This is primarily a development position so strong design skills aren't necessary although a creative mind set and the ability to rework amendments and think from a design point of view can often be crucial, especially when it comes to layouts and final tweaks. You'll be working across a really varied range small to global sized clients and projects that span web, social media applications, rich media and campaign adaptations. As such a good working knowledge of Actionscript and ad-serving platforms such as Doubleclick or Mediamind is must!

They are an expanding agency and their Digital offering is continuing to grow, so an all-rounder who really wants to get stuck into a wide range of work will go a long way. You'll be keeping on top of trends and learning new things all the time, you'd be expected and encouraged to grow your own skills and become a really integral part of this team.
