Alison Parks is a Visual Artist from Lisburn in Northern Ireland. She graduated from Belfast Art college in 2006 with a degree in Design for Visual Communication. The aim of her artwork is to create a positive ambience which transcends to the viewer.
Her creations tend to be bright, colourful and very graphic. She enjoys mixing spontaneous, organic elements with geometric patterns often inspired by nature.
Her subject matter ranges from graphic landscapes and strong females to crazy cartoon characters....
She enjoys working with acrylic, inks and moulding paste on canvas. She also use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to combine vector or hand drawn images with textures and photographs.
