Describe yourself in three words…

Ambitious, Thoughtful, Fun.

Tell us about your background…

I have been working in the local press around the UK for the last three years, within the motorsport industry. I write reports, and include my photographs. I love art, and so try and add that at any stage as well, and am currently expanding my fields to music, where I am promoting bands.

Tell us about what you do!

When I'm not taking photographs, I work in a control room taking calls from the police for Vehicle Removal.

Who or what inspires you?

My photography inspirations are Guy Cope and Andrew Wheeler. To me, inspiration is everything. Something so little as a biro can be inspiring, but then seeing the sun set can do the same.

What has been your proudest moment so far?

When a big name brand chose my photo out of many to promote their product internationally.

And your greatest project?

The Isle of Man TT. It's so different to anything else. I wasn't prepared for the magnitude, beauty or awesomeness of it all.

What do you hope to be doing in five years time?

Working with my creative side in a loyal company.

When you aren’t being creative, you are…?

Spending time with friends and family, or out enjoying the great outdoors!

Anything exciting ongoing or in the pipeline?

Not unless you count my personal life!

Finally, any words of wisdom to other creative people?

Keep going at it, and never give up. Being creative is a gift, and you're better using it than neglecting it. Not everyone gets it, and you can change so many things with it.
