Describe yourself in three words…

Difficult to define

Tell us about your background…

I have spent the last 10 years in the creative sector and studied my Masters at Central Saint Martins.

My heart has always been drawn towards creative outlets and I knew from an early age I would be pursuing a career in the creative industry.

My background is highly multi-disciplinary as my passion for print drove my pursuits in graphic design, whilst studying Industrial Design for 5 years.

I also grew up during the dot com boom so could not escape from the inevitable exposure to digital design and web disciplines where I eventually picked up the skill to hand code websites between designing logos and mobile phones.

I believe being a creative is an instinctive endeavour, from which one cannot escape from, and why would you?

Tell us about what you do!

I run a multiple portfolio of creative businesses, but largely focus on the projects at my signature design agency.

We have a focus on working closely with clients to integrate creative strategy into their business whilst delivering beautiful yet effective results.

What inspired you to launch your own business?

I had consulted for a number of small and large agencies and felt restricted by the corporate structures and approaches to the projects.

We have a creatively driven philosophy at our studio that strives to exceed expectations. I wanted the freedom to execute ideas and innovate on my own terms.

What’s your proudest moment so far?

I am very thankful for so many opportunities that have presented themselves.

I was particularly proud to represent the British creative industry as a delegate on an official trade mission to China during the Beijing Olympics last year where I was a speaker on a special creative day at London House which was hosted by Boris Johnson.

And your greatest project?

We honestly have too many to choose from.

Working on Kevin Spacey's Tunnel 228 project was a privilige.

Who or what inspires you?

I am truly  inspired by the people who surround me. I am always meeting new faces, and learning their story and hearing their visions is continually humbling.

What do you hope to be doing in five years time?

More of what I am doing now.

When you aren’t running your creative business, you are…?

Enjoying world cuisine, reflecting on the world, and boxing.

Anything exciting ongoing or in the pipeline?

I am exploring a number of collaborations this year and will be launching a jewellery line in China and a botanical product line for the home across asia and UK.

Finally, any words of wisdom to other creative people?

Appreciate your gifts and be open to the unexpected.
