There are two Weald of Kent Craft Shows coming up this year in Tonbridge, Kent. The events will be held at Penhurst place in May and again in September.
The event is great for the whole family and will display work from up to 250 artists and craftsmen/women as well as live demonstrations. It is a great place to find an unusual gift or a special piece for your home.
Leisure Painter and The Artist magazines will also be bringing you pre-bookable half-day workshops with popular professional artists at the May show. Liz Seward Relfe will show you how to paint a still life in pastel pencils and pastels; you can learn how to paint spring flowers in watercolour with Billy Showell; Soraya French will instruct and demonstrate on seascapes and beach scenes in acrylic. There will also be a seated Demonstration Area where you can watch FREE, regular half hour demonstrations in a variety of media and subject matter.
