On Sunday 6th June, Miss Fitz-Poste's Modern Mixers present an old fashioned social event for new-fanged folk: Hello to Berlin.
Be transported to 1930s Berlin, where the Golden Age of the Weimar Republic is giving way before a growing undercurrent of fear.
Join the beautiful people of the night to defy the political tension with fun and frivolity. Step into a den of iniquity where the drinks are cold, the music is hot and the girls will make you forget the world outside.
Featuring a full burlesque and cabaret set from top performers including, Gypsy Charms and Viva Misadventure, live music from all-girl quartet Raise Your Hem, titillation, debauchery and abuse from Harlequin Kiss, and of course the usual combination of shopping, games, prizes, tea, cake & booze.
The event will take place at Ghillie Dhu (Rutland Place) from 4.00pm to 8.00pm, tickets £12.50, or £10.00 for students, advance bookings and early birds arriving before 5pm.
