Essential Admin Structures & Online Communication

The next in the series of workshops and seminars by Cpulse East Midlands will be taking place this Wednesday, April 6, from 10am to 12pm at Phoenix Square Digital Media Centre, ETC Suite 2/3

You could be the most talented creative out there but without structure in your back office, a clear plan for where you are going and an ability to tell people about what you do, your business has a good chance of either not growing or failing completely. This workshop will help you work out what systems you need, some strategies for sticking to them, some planning guidance for where you want to go with your business and an overview of the key 3 social media platforms out there on which to promote what you do. Also we all know that having a blog is an excellent thing to have, but what do you do when you can't think what to write??! There will be some top tips for finding topics when you've run out of steam.
