De Montfort University in Leicester stages its Degree Show 2011 this summer, featuring the final projects of graduating Art & Design students. This spectacular end-of-year exhibition showcases the next generation of artists and designers and receives over 4000 visitors, including potential employers.
The DMU Art & Design Degree Show will take place 17-23 June 2011 and multiple exhibitions run as part of the event, including:
Foundation Show
A stunning exhibition of outstanding work produced by the Foundation course. Many students go on to study one of DMU's Art & Design degrees, whilst others successfully apply to universities across the UK.
Graduate Fashion Week
Our final-year students exhibit the best work from the Fashion Design, Fashion and Contour Design, Contour Fashion, Retail Buying and Footwear Design degrees. Fashion Design students will also have their own catwalk show at the event. Graduate Fashion Week is known for launching the careers of some of the biggest names in fashion including Stella McCartney and Julien MacDonald.
New Designers
Art & Design graduates have a long history of winning prizes and gaining work and commissions from the show. For 25 years, New Designers has been bringing together the best in UK graduate design, showcasing the talent of the next generation of designers. Its longstanding reputation attracts a prestigious design-conscious audience of over 18,000 professionals from the public, the media and education.

MA Photography Show
MAX features industry professionals, graduates and serious photographers. Our graduates exhibit internationally and have their work published widely.
