Ideas by Eden opens door for new property agents

Cambridge-based design and marketing experts Ideas by Eden have helped two local property professionals launch the city’s newest estate agency business, Radcliffe & Rust – based on Newmarket Road, Cambridge.

The founders of Radcliffe & Rust are David Radcliffe, previously a Senior Mortgage Advisor at Cambridge Building Society, and Richard Rust, formerly of Connells.

When the pair set up Radcliffe & Rust knew they needed to develop a strong brand to gain traction in the local property market, which has numerous established players, and has remained relatively buoyant despite external economic events.

Ideas by Eden was briefed to create a logo; design stationery, literature, office signage, sales and letting boards and online banner advertisements; plus develop a brand new content managed website integrated with the Vebra estate agency back office application.

R&R will provide a truly independent, tailored and personal service and aim for its customers to leave with a positive view of estate agents, instead of the historically quite tarnished opinion many currently have.

Founding Director Richard Rust said: “Creating a visual identity for our business in partnership with Ideas by Eden was a fun, interesting and productive journey. The team knew exactly what we needed and delivered a range of marketing materials that are striking, effective and importantly, did not blow our startup, cost conscious budget.”

Christian Scott, founder of Ideas by Eden, said, “It’s always exciting to help a new business launch, especially in such a competitive marketplace. We are proud of the work delivered for Radcliffe & Rust and wish David and Richard every success in their new venture.”
