Cambridge Shakespeare Festival

Posted by Karen Jinks in Events on Friday 30th July 2010. Tagged with Theatre, Featured.

For eight weeks throughout the summer the Cambridge University Gardens become the stage for the Cambridge Shakespeare Festival which attracts around 25,000 visitors each year. Enjoy a picnic before the perfomances start and prepare yourself for an evening's entertainment like no other. The productions themselves are performed in full period costume with live Elizabethan music and are accessible to all, even if you have never seen Shakespeare before.
