Ice Box started in 1993 as a top end ice delivery specialist to the London and UK prestige events market. Leading the way with new standards of quality and service, in 1995, following a visit to North America by founder Philip Hughes, the business started its specialist Ice sculpture section.

Developing the art to be a communications medium for advertising agencies, film special events companies and photographers studios, the Ice Box has developed a reputation for excellence and innovation. Creating full size Formula One cars, Ice Cars for VW Ad campaigns, Ford at the Motor Show Press launch and full size Ice Houses in Germany in 2006.

The Ice Box has been a market maker in the use of ice in PR stunts throughout the UK and Europe, working for the world’s leading brands. Headed up by founder Philip Hughes, as Creative specialist with a team of full time sculptors and dedicated support and production crew, they are the most experienced operators in this field.
