Sue Bulmer creates original ink illustrations, limited edition prints and greetings cards. She also has a range of tea towels and handmade ceramic tiles.

Inspiration for her work is diverse, ranging from the natural world’s flora and fauna, rolling landscapes and seasons to the more intimate and heartfelt moments of home life, domesticity, relationships and the connections we have with others in our lives.

Initial ideas, images and sentiments are recorded in one of Sue’s many sketchbooks, where they are explored in a variety of media, developed, fine-tuned and resolved before she begins each piece. There is a strong influence of line and form.
