Bath agency, Ideas of the Mind, is sponsoring a bonus lion in the final month of the Lions of Bath public art project, as well as bringing a star of the original cast of The Lion King to sing at the Roar Goodbye Weekend (9-10 Oct).

This week the Lions of Bath 2010 public art event unveiled its final pride member, outside The Huntsman Pub (near Bog Island). Chosen to highlight the decline of lions in the wild due to continued trophy hunting, this lion is named ‘Big Game?’

Bath-based design consultancy Design Group International (DGI) has recently completed a redesign of the entire Polycell Fillers range.

Bath based graphic design and marketing communications agency, Designbull, helped to launch the recently established company Relevant Risk, whose website launched last month.

The professional artist Matt Jeanes has lived and worked in Bath for 25 years, and is a well known illustrator in the character licensing business – many specialist agencies of which are based in the city. We caught up with him to hear about his journey from illustrating My Little Pony and Forever Friends in the early days, to where he is now.
